RETURNS POLICY AND CANCELLATION 

1) Goods may be returned within 7 days in the following instances:

1.1)     Order has been incorrectly supplied as per the online order and the  packs are unopened.
1.2)     The products supplied are defective and do not meet advertised specifications.
1.3)     Incorrect goods have been ordered and supplied – all packs must be unopened.
1.4)     Goods supplied correctly by customer wishes to return their order.

2) Goods may not be returned in the following instances:

2.1) The goods have been branded to the customers specifications.
2.2) Packs have been opened and products partially used.

3) Returns freight costs & handling fees

Freight costs will be bourne by Cybertrack in instances: 1.1, 1.2
Freight costs will be bourne by the customer in instances: 1.3, 1.4
A handling fee of 15% of order value will be charged in instances: 1.3, 1.4

4) Procedure for returning goods:

4.1)     Send an email to sales@cybertrack.co.za stating your invoice number
and reason for returning order.
4.2) We will contact you and arrange for the return/replacement of goods.
4.3) When a refund is due, this will be paid to you within a 30 day period, if
there is a handling fee applicable, this will be deducted from the refund amount.

5 )  Order Cancellation Policy

Cybertrack(Wristbandshop) has the right to cancel the order for either internal or external technical errors during the processing of your order.

5) Shipping and Deliveries

We don’t deliver to Farm and our client must collect at near Courier Depot or Give us an alternative address
